You can use SIM Watch to receive notifications from Android devices when the SIM card is changed on the device. SIM Watch also lets you lock an Android device.
To lock a device when its SIM card is replaced, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android must be set as the device administrator. On devices running Android version 7.0 or later, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android must be set as an Accessibility feature. When the Initial Configuration Wizard is running, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android prompts the user to grant the application all required permissions. The user can skip these steps or disable these permissions in the device settings at a later time. If this is the case, it is impossible to lock the device when the SIM card is replaced.
SIM Watch is disabled by default.

There is no longer support for sending messages containing the new phone number in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android Service Pack 4 Update 4 (Build 10.8.0.103). To have messages sent when the SIM card is replaced, you must use an earlier version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android.
