A My Kaspersky account is required to sign in to and use the My Kaspersky portal as well as to use certain Kaspersky Lab applications.
If you do not have a My Kaspersky account yet, you can create one on the portal or directly from compatible applications. You can also use your other Kaspersky Lab accounts to sign in.
When creating a My Kaspersky account, you have to specify a valid email address and set a password. The password must contain at least 8 characters, including at least one number, one uppercase Latin letter, and one lowercase Latin letter. Blank spaces are not allowed.
Note: If a proposed password is too weak or common, you must make it stronger in order to continue the sigh-up process.
When creating your account, you can specify a secret question. This question provides additional security when you need to reset a forgotten password.
After your account is created, you will receive an email message containing a link to activate your account.
Note: Activate your account within one week by clicking the link in the email message. Otherwise, the account will be deleted.
