Configuring Call Filter

In Call Filter, you can set filtering severity by choosing the filtering mode.

You can also turn on or turn off a prompt to block an unknown number. This prompt is displayed right after a call for numbers that are not in your contacts. See the How to add a phone number to Unwanted contacts immediately after the call section for details.

To configure Call Filter:

  1. On the Kaspersky Internet Security quick launch panel, tap Call Filter > Filtering mode.
  2. In the Settings screen, tap Filtering mode and select one of the following options:
    • Block unwanted. The app blocks calls from the phone numbers in the list of unwanted contacts. This mode is set by default.
    • Allow contacts only. The app allows calls only from unblocked contacts in your phone book. Other calls are blocked.
    • Allow all calls. The app does not filter calls. You will receive calls from all numbers.
  3. In the Settings screen, tap Prompt after call and then turn on or turn off Show prompt.
