Add a PDF file

  1. Unlock the vault by entering the master password and tapping Unlock.

If your device supports Touch ID/Face ID and Touch ID/Face ID is enabled in the app settings, you can use it to unlock your vault instead of entering the master password.

  2. In the main app window, tap or swipe the screen to the right.

The quick access bar appears on the left.

On iPads, the quick access bar is always displayed in the left part of the screen.

  3. On the quick access bar, tap Documents > .
  4. In the window that opens, tap PDF.

Your device file storage window opens.

You can add PDF files to the vault on devices running iOS 11.0 or later.

  5. Select one PDF file you want to store in Kaspersky Password Manager, or tap Select and choose several PDF files.

Kaspersky Password Manager starts adding the selected documents into the vault.

Kaspersky Password Manager can't add password-protected PDF files or files larger than 20 MB.

The entries appear in the Documents window. If you want to view the details of the PDF file, tap Open. You can also edit the entry name or add a comment, if needed.
