Registering a workspace on the Kaspersky Business Hub portal

To connect to the application for the first time, you need to create an account on the Kaspersky Business Hub portal and register a company workspace for Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365. If you want to use the application for a company that is already registered on the portal, you can add a workspace for Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 to this company under the same account. To register a company on the Kaspersky Business Hub portal:

1. Sign in to the Kaspersky Business Hub portal.
2. In the upper-right part of the page, click the New company button.
3. At the first step, select Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 and click Next.
4. At the second step, read through the Terms of Use of the application and Kaspersky Security Network Statement thoroughly.

   If you agree with all the listed conditions, select the check boxes next to the corresponding text and click Accept.

   Otherwise, click Decline to cancel the workspace setup.

5. At the third step, provide the workspace information. Fill in the following fields:
   • Name of your company. Company name that will also serve as the name of the workspace.
   • Your company profile. Brief information about your company.
   • Country. Your company location. For USA and Canada, select the state as well.
   • Data center. Location of the data center which will process your email traffic and store the application databases. Select the data center location in accordance with the domestic legal requirements.
6. At the fourth step, provide additional information about the company.

   Fill in the following required fields:

   • Your first name.
   • Your last name.

   To enhance the level of technical support, we recommend that you to also fill in the following optional fields:

   • Your phone number.
   • Your email address.
   • Number of users. Approximate number of employees using Office 365 business email in the company.

   The other fields will be filled in automatically based on the information you provided before:

   • Name of your company.
   • Email address.
   • Country.
7. Click Next.

   Workspace setup will be launched.

Once the workspace is created, you are automatically redirected to the Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365 Management Console. You can proceed to configuring a Service Account.
