Signing in to My Kaspersky by using the QR code

If you already have a My Kaspersky account, you can sign in to Kaspersky Security Cloud by scanning your personal QR code. In this case, your account data will be automatically transferred to the new device.

To get the QR code, do one of the following:

• Open Kaspersky Security Cloud for Windows and go to the Protection for all devices section

The QR code is created by My Kaspersky services and includes important parameters for your authentication. Do not send your QR code to anyone, because it may result in data leakage.

To sign in to My Kaspersky by using your QR code:

1. Start Kaspersky Security Cloud on your mobile device.
2. Follow the instructions on the welcome screens.
3. When the My Kaspersky authorization screen opens, choose the option to scan the QR code.

   To scan the QR code, you must permit the app to access the device’s camera.

4. When the camera opens, position it so that the QR code is fully on the device screen.

   You will be automatically signed in to your My Kaspersky account.
