About anonymous subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription for Kaspersky Secure Connection Extended while not signed in to your My Kaspersky account or when you didn't have a My Kaspersky account, your subscription is considered "anonymous". An anonymous subscription is associated with your App Store account, but not with your My Kaspersky account. You can associate your anonymous subscription with your My Kaspersky account at any time.

After you sign in to My Kaspersky on the device with Kaspersky Secure Connection Extended, your subscription is automatically associated with your My Kaspersky account. This process may take some time, and active VPN sessions on your devices may be stopped. After that, you can use My Kaspersky to manage and restore your subscription. All devices that use this subscription will be automatically connected to your My Kaspersky account.

When you restore an anonymous subscription from Kaspersky Secure Connection while signed in to your My Kaspersky account, your subscription is automatically associated with your My Kaspersky account as well. All devices that use this subscription will be automatically connected to it.

Note: After your subscription is associated with your My Kaspersky account, you need to confirm all your automatically connected devices on My Kaspersky.

You can disconnect the subscription from My Kaspersky by contacting Kaspersky Technical Support.
