What information the Technical Support engineer needs
When creating a request to Technical Support, please provide the following information:
- Specify all the steps needed to reproduce the problem.
- Provide the exact error text (you can attach a snapshot of the error).
- Describe the steps you have taken to resolve the problem (if you created the topic in Kaspersky Community, add a link to this topic).
- If a problem occurs when using an application on your mobile device, provide the device model and the full version of the firmware.
