Running the trace

To run a trace:

  1. In the application web interface window, select Servers.
  2. Click kwts_menu_button to open the Servers section menu.
  3. Choose Get traces.

    The Servers selection to get traces window opens.

  4. In the server table, select check boxes next to servers for which you want to create trace files.
  5. Click Start.

    The Trace logs for Technical Support window opens with the result of the trace. The created trace log contains a separate file for each server.
