Installing and configuring the Master server and Secondary master server package

To install the Master server or Secondary master server package:

1. Copy the kwts-controlpackage included in the distribution kit into the home folder.
2. Start the installation of the package. To do so, run one of the following commands depending on the utilized operating system:
   • CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SUSE Linux Enterprise Server:

     rpm -ivh kwts-control_6.0.0-<package version>.rpm

   • Ubuntu or Debian:

     dpkg -i kwts-control_6.0.0-<package version>.deb

3. Wait for the installation to complete.

After installation is complete, the command line shows a reminder to run the server configuration script.
