Viewing server information

To view server information:

  1. In the application web interface window, select Servers.
  2. Select the server for which you want to view information.

    This opens a window containing information about the server.

The window contains the following information depending on server type:

  1. For the Master server:
    • Current server role is the role of the current server.
    • LDAP cache status is the date and time of the last successful update of information about user accounts in Active Directory, saved in a cache file on the server. Status is displayed for each Active Directory domain with which integration is set up.

      The box is available if Active Directory integration is configured.

    • Latest LDAP cache refresh is the time and result of the last update of information about user accounts in Active Directory, saved in a cache file on the server. If cache update finished with an error, date and time of the last update attempt is displayed. If the first update finished with an error, the cache file is empty, and server information displays the status as LDAP cache is empty.

      The box is available if Active Directory integration is configured.

    • Kerberos keytab file status is the status of the keytab file used for Kerberos authentication. The box is available if Kerberos authentication is enabled in the Settings section, Single Sign-On login subsection, and a keytab file is loaded.
    • Certificate fingerprint is the certificate fingerprint of the server.
    • Comment is extra information about the server. Optional setting.

    If a Secondary master server is not installed, a kwts_icon_warning icon is displayed in the Master server line, as well as a warning to ensure fault tolerance of the servers.

  2. For the Secondary master server
    • Current server role is the role of the current server.
    • Server synchronization is the result of synchronization with the Master server.
    • Latest update of settings is the time of the last successful synchronization with the Master server when application settings were updated.
    • LDAP cache status is the date and time of the last successful update of information about user accounts in Active Directory, saved in a cache file on the server. Status is displayed for each Active Directory domain with which integration is set up.

      The box is available if Active Directory integration is configured.

    • Latest LDAP cache refresh is the time and result of the last update of information about user accounts in Active Directory, saved in a cache file on the server. If cache update finished with an error, date and time of the last update attempt is displayed. If the first update finished with an error, the cache file is empty, and server information displays the status as LDAP cache is empty.

    • Time synchronization is the status of time synchronization with the server where the Master server is installed.

    • Certificate fingerprint is the certificate fingerprint of the server.
    • Comment is extra information about the server. Optional setting.
  3. For the Worker server:
    • Current server role is the role of the current server.
    • Server synchronization is the result of synchronization with the Master server.
    • Latest update of settings is the time of the last successful synchronization with the Master server when application settings were updated.
    • License expiration date is the license expiration date.
    • License is information about the license and the number of days left until the license expires.
    • License type is the type of the license (trial or commercial).
    • Serial number is the serial number of the license.
    • KSN/KPSN status is the availability of external KSN / KPSN services.
    • Anti-Virus: is the state of the Anti-Virus module.
    • Anti-Phishing: is the state of the Anti-Phishing module.
    • Latest database update is the state of the application databases and the result and time of their last successful update.
    • LDAP cache status is the date and time of the last successful update of information about user accounts in Active Directory, saved in a cache file on the server. Status is displayed for each Active Directory domain with which integration is set up.

      The box is available if Active Directory integration is configured.
