- To access My Kaspersky portal, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 or later.
- The Anti-Banner component works with functional limitations (it is recommended to use Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 or later).

For the Web Anti-Virus, IM Anti-Virus, Anti-Banner, and Safe Money protection components to work, the Base Filtering Engine service must be running in the operating system.
