Keyboard shortcuts

You can use hotkeys or key combinations to manage Kaspersky Password Manager conveniently.

You can use hotkeys to perform the following operations (see the following table):

DEL
  • Delete selected data.
  • Delete selected characters or strings.
  • Delete the next character.

UP

Move up in the list of data.

DOWN

Move down in the list of data.

LEFT, RIGHT

Select a button in the window.

F2

Edit identity name.

F3 or CTRL+F

Run a search.

CTRL+A

Select all text (except passwords, bank card PIN codes, and bank account PIN codes).

CTRL+C

Copy selected data to the clipboard (except passwords, bank card PIN codes, and bank account PIN codes).

CTRL+X

Cut selected data and copy to the clipboard (except passwords, bank card PIN codes, and bank account PIN codes).

CTRL+V

Paste data from the clipboard.

CTRL+S

Save changes made to data.

SHIFT+left mouse button

Select multiple adjacent identities.

CTRL+left mouse button

Select multiple nonadjacent identities.

F1

Open Help from the application window.

ENTER

Press a button (if a button is selected).

ESC

Cancel unsaved changes and exit editor mode.

CTRL+D

Add to Favorites.
