Updating to the new version of the application

Kaspersky Security Scan receives a message that the latest version of the application is available on the Kaspersky Lab update server.

To update Kaspersky Security Scan:

1. Click the link in the lower left corner of the main application window.

   The News window opens.

2. Open the message about the latest version of the application.

   The message contains a description of the new features.

3. Click the Download and install button.

   If the End User License Agreement of the new version of Kaspersky Security Scan differs from the one used by the version already installed, the Installation of new version of Kaspersky Security Scan window opens with the new text of the License Agreement. If you accept the End User License Agreement, click the Accept and install button to continue updating the application.

The new version of Kaspersky Security Scan starts to download and install.
