Viewing information about a traffic processing rule

To view information about a traffic processing rule:

  1. In the application web interface window, select one of the following sections:
    • for global rules, the Rules section;
    • for workspace rules, the Workspaces section.
  2. If you added a workspace, select one of the following tabs:
    • Before workspace rules.
    • After workspace rules.
  3. Select a group of traffic processing rules from the following lists:
    • Access groups to view information about an access rule.
    • Protection groups to view information about a protection rule.

    The traffic processing rules table opens.

  4. Select the traffic processing rule for which you want to view information.

    This opens a window containing information about the rule.

The window includes the following tabs:

  1. General settings. Common settings of the traffic processing rule.

    The General settings tab displays the following settings:

    1. Status is the status of the traffic processing rule.
    2. Action is the action performed by the traffic processing rule.
    3. Rule name is the name of the traffic processing rule.
    4. Comment is the comment for the traffic processing rule.
  2. Exclusions. Exclusion for the traffic processing rule.

    The Exclusions tab displays Exclusion settings groups. Each Exclusion group displays the following settings:

    1. Initiator is the initiator of the connection.
    2. Traffic filter is the traffic filter.
  3. Schedule. Schedule of the traffic processing rule.

    The Schedule displays the disabling date of the rule and also days of the week and periods when the rule is active.
