How to connect a device to your account
To connect a device to your Management Console account, a Kaspersky application on the device has to be connected to your Management Console account.
On the Devices tab, you can view your connected devices and add a device to your Management Console account.
- Go to the Licenses tab.
- In the lower part of the page, add your activation code to submit information about your license.
If you do not have an activation code, you can purchase a license at the Kaspersky website.
Information about your license is added to your account, the corresponding license panel appears.
- In the license panel, click the Download button.
- Download, install and start the application on your device.
- In the application's Getting Started Wizard, enter your account credentials, if requested.
The device is connected to your account. The device panel appears on the Devices tab.
Find instructions for your Kaspersky application below:
- Kaspersky Small Office Security
- Start the Kaspersky application on the device.
- In the main window of the application, go to the Profile section.
- In the Sign in to Management Console block, click the Sign in button.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to sign in to your account.
- Click the Continue button.
The device is connected to your account, and the device panel appears in the Devices section on My Kaspersky.
- Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac
- Start the Kaspersky application on the device.
- In the main window of the application, click the Sign in button.
The Sign in to My Kaspersky window opens.
- Enter the credentials for your My Kaspersky account.
- Click the Sign in button.
The device is connected to your account, and the device panel appears in the Devices section on Management Console. In addition, information about the subscription used in the connected application is added to your account. A subscription panel appears in the Subscriptions section.
- Kaspersky Internet Security for Android
- Start the Kaspersky application on the device.
- From the main window of the application, go to Anti-Theft → Continue → I have an account.
- Enter the credentials for your My Kaspersky account.
- Click the Sign in button.
The device is connected to your account, and the device panel appears in the Devices section on Management Console. In addition, information about the subscription used in the connected application is added to your account. A subscription panel appears in the Subscriptions section.
- Kaspersky Password Manager
- Start the Kaspersky application on the device.
- Find the Sign in to My Kaspersky option.
Navigation to this option may vary depending on the operating system of your device. Please refer to your application Help at Kaspersky Online Help.
- Enter the credentials for your My Kaspersky account.
- Click the Sign in button.
The device is connected to your account, and the device panel appears in the Devices section.
You may need to download and install the latest version of an application from your account.
