If you forgot your password for your My Kaspersky account, you can restore access to your account by resetting your password.
To reset the account password:
If the email address specified is registered on the website, a message containing a link for resetting the password will be sent.
The password must contain at least 8 characters that include at least one numeral, one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and no spaces. The password must not duplicate one of your recent passwords. See all Password requirements.
The new password for signing in to My Kaspersky is saved.
If you did not receive a message, check the entered email address, your spam folder, and try again. If you did not receive a message when you tried again, the email address you specified is probably not registered on the website. You can contact Technical Support by phone.Page top
